Tactile sculptures (2021)
Two biomorphic forms turning towards each other;
silicone, foam, stuffing, steal structures
Sculpture is a tactile medium. While working with sculpture, the physical contact with materials and form becomes an essential part of experiencing the sculpture. Yet it can be difficult to bring this into the gallery space. How does touching the sculpture impact the visitors experience of it?
